The innovative formula contains only plant-based washing substances and is suitable for both hand and machine washing. Usage:Number of 4-5 kg loads of laundry with medium water hardness:Lightly soiled laundry: 35 mlHeavily soiled laundry: 45 mlWe recommend to reduce the dosage by 10 ml for a minimal load of 2.5kg. We recommend to increase the dosage by 10ml for a maximum load of 6-7 kg. Use 20 ml in 10 l of water for hand washing. Refunds

If you used your PayPal balance or bank account to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your PayPal account balance. If you used a credit or debit card to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your card. For payments funded partially by a card and partially by your balance/bank, the money taken from your card will go back to your card and the remainder will return to your PayPal balance.
