Groomers Performance Calming Shampoo has been developed to calm anxious and nervous dogs. Formulated with Lavender extract and Mint to give dogs a relaxing and sensory experience. Gentle cleansing leaves the skin and coat clean and refreshed. Suitable for frequent use on all coat types. Our Groomer recommends: Making bath time quick and relaxing. Spray Groomers Performance Aromatherapy Fragrance Spray before and after bathing to help calm the dog. It saves the need to condition, making bathing quicker. Recyclable plastic, vegan friendly, paraben free and cruelty free. Made in the UK using sustainable palm oil. Directions for use: Shake well before use. Wet coat thoroughly with warm water. Shampoo can be used neat or diluted with up to 18 parts warm water in a mixing bottle or jug. Apply shampoo mix from the neck down and massage into the coat using your hands or a rubber mitt from extra cleansing, carefully avoiding the eyes, ears and mouth. Rinse thoroughly with warm water and repeat if necessary. Ensure all shampoo is rinsed from the coat then dry. Returns

Refunds
Sellers have to offer a refund for certain items only if they are faulty, such as: Personalised items and custom-made items, Perishable items, Newspapers and magazines, Unwrapped CDs DVDs and computer software. If you used your PayPal balance or bank account to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your PayPal account balance. If you used a credit or debit card to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your card. The seller will effect the refund within three working days but it may take up to 30 days for Paypal to process the transfer. For payments funded partially by a card and partially by your balance/bank, the money taken from your card will go back to your card and the remainder will return to your PayPal balance.
