Place an air stone in with the fish sedate place the fish in and cover with a see through panel stick a bucket of water on the top to stop the fish from launching itself out of there. I lost my best fish this way so please learn from me. You do not want the fish jumping out and trying to get a taxi back to the pond . Keep an eye on the fish and wait until it begins to keel over you should be able to pick the fish up in the middle and it should just lie there with its gills still moving place on a soaked towel cover its face and get on with the treatment when you have completed treatment place in a floating net with an air stone hold the fish over the air bubbles it will soon recover this way, then release.
