DOUBLE MATTRESS: Our double hybrid mattress measures 4ft6 x 6ft3 (135cm x 190cm) and contains extra deep luxurious fillings to make this an 8 inch deep mattress. Containing a European engineered 13.5 gauge spring unit and generous layers of luxury paddings as well as memory foam. SUPPORT: Using pressure relieving materials to help alleviate aches and pains, and promote muscle recovery to maintain an active lifestyle. Finished with a super soft sleeping surface for comfort. MEMORY FOAM: Memory foam adapts and conforms to the body and evenly distributes the weight across the surface. The main benefit of memory foam is to provide support and comfort by contouring to the body which can help reduce pressure points and promote better spinal alignment. TURNING HANDLES: To prolong the longevity of your mattress, and keep it in in great condition we have included turning handles. We recommend that you turn your mattress regularly to help keep the fillings evenly distributed. A great way to improve your mattresses lifespan. DELIVERY: Our in-house technology allows our double mattresses to be vacuum packed, rolled and boxed and delivered directly to your door. All our mattresses are designed and manufactured in the UK and are fully compliant with UK regulations (BS 7177:2008 for Domestic Use).

Returns

Refunds
Sellers have to offer a refund for certain items only if they are faulty, such as: Personalised items and custom-made items, Perishable items, Newspapers and magazines, Unwrapped CDs DVDs and computer software. If you used your PayPal balance or bank account to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your PayPal account balance. If you used a credit or debit card to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your card. The seller will effect the refund within three working days but it may take up to 30 days for Paypal to process the transfer. For payments funded partially by a card and partially by your balance/bank, the money taken from your card will go back to your card and the remainder will return to your PayPal balance.
