MATTRESS: All foam mattress measuring 8.5 inch deep approximately. Finished with a super soft sleeping surface for added comfort. REFLEX FOAM BASE SUPPORT: With 7" of reflex foam for the base support, this provides a firmer support and acts as the foundation layer in this mattress achieving outstanding levels of performance and offers long term durability. MEMORY FOAM: The resilient nature of memory foam mattresses offers no sinking which adapts and conforms to your body for optimal pressure relief and evenly distributes the weight across the entire surface. ALL FOAM MATTRESS: This spring free mattress absorbs motion transfer from your partner resulting in an undisturbed sleep. *You may notice a foam smell from your new mattress, this is not harmful and will dissipate in a few days. TURNING HANDLES: To prolong the longevity of your mattress, and keep it in in great condition we have included turning handles. We recommend that you rotate your mattress regularly to help keep the fillings evenly distributed. A great way to improve your mattresses lifespan. DELIVERY: All our mattresses are designed and manufactured in our UK factory to the highest specification, fully compliant with UK regulations (BS7177:2008 for domestic use) and all UK National Bed Federation regulations.

Returns

Refunds
Sellers have to offer a refund for certain items only if they are faulty, such as: Personalised items and custom-made items, Perishable items, Newspapers and magazines, Unwrapped CDs DVDs and computer software. If you used your PayPal balance or bank account to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your PayPal account balance. If you used a credit or debit card to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your card. The seller will effect the refund within three working days but it may take up to 30 days for Paypal to process the transfer. For payments funded partially by a card and partially by your balance/bank, the money taken from your card will go back to your card and the remainder will return to your PayPal balance.
