The Astrantia ‘Star of Billion’, also known as Masterwort, is a herbaceous perennial shrub with clumping, deeply lobed foliage of dark green and upright, branching stems which carry Spring and Summer blooming, rounded umbels of tiny, green-tipped, white florets surrounded by similarly coloured bracts. Plant in moisture retentive, humus-rich, fertile, well-drained soils and keep in full or partial sun in a sheltered position. Tolerates drier soils and conditions once established but does not tolerate drought conditions.
