Our multi-purpose dog toy consists of 3 elements: an amortized bungee handle, a floatable ball, and a microfiber tug with fibers resembling a mop's texture The ball emits the scent of aromatic vanilla to stimulate the dog's sense of smell. The grooves in the ball's structure allow it to be firmly gripped by the dog's teeth, encouraging them to work on an effectively during tug-of-war The microfiber tug with protruding fibers encourages hunting and chasing after the toy, it’s lightweight and easy to clean, and thanks to its intense color, you can easily find it on any ground The handle is 24 cm long and extends by approximately 10 cm. The tug is 18 cm long and the ball has 7 cm diameter. Returns

Refunds
Sellers have to offer a refund for certain items only if they are faulty, such as: Personalised items and custom-made items, Perishable items, Newspapers and magazines, Unwrapped CDs DVDs and computer software. If you used your PayPal balance or bank account to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your PayPal account balance. If you used a credit or debit card to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your card. The seller will effect the refund within three working days but it may take up to 30 days for Paypal to process the transfer. For payments funded partially by a card and partially by your balance/bank, the money taken from your card will go back to your card and the remainder will return to your PayPal balance.
