DESIGNED TO BE DURABLE Our research department has really gone MAD! We developed a new type of IMPP cone &: USG™ rubber woofer edge for our MAD S2 subwoofers. We decided that these were so good that we also used them for the K2 series. We':ve also added a hard PP dust cover. with a convex shape for better high frequency dispersion and off-axis response. All this packed in a small housing that makes installation very easy. SWEDISH DESIGN. INSANE SENSITIVITIES KSV':s 25mm voice coil is wound with lightweight CCAW (Copper Clad Aluminum Wire) that provides a dynamic sound. and the woofer edge is made of resistant soft butyl. Since Swedish weather covers all seasons. the K2 series is designed to withstand them all. Hot. cold. UV rays - it doesn':t matter. It':s MAD and it':s made to play loud no matter the conditions! OPTIMIZED FOR GREAT SOUND We':ve taken our sound obsession one step further and a good component set requires a good crossover. The crossover design for the tweeter is a 12db high-pass filter with selectable level settings (high or low). It also includes a high quality capacitor and air coil. The K2 series woofer is also equipped with an air coil. but with a 6dB low-pass filter to protect your new speakers from bass distortion. Refunds
