Slamp Accordéon Battery Table Lamp Prism/Black

Designer table lamp Accordéon Battery with warm white LEDs and rechargeable battery. LED table lamp Accordéon Battery looks timeless, classic and modern at the same time. It is part of the Accordéon series, designed by award-winning designer Marc Sadler. Sadler graduated from the École Nationale Supérieure des Arts Décoratifs in Paris in 1968. With his dissertation on plastics, he was one of the pioneers of experimentation. This innovative-experimental approach still characterizes his work today. In the early 1970s, he developed the first completely recyclable ski boot made of plastic. He also incorporated experimentation with plastic into his work for Slamp, developing the Accordéon range with its distinctive pleated shades. With its silky white surface, the transparent lampshade provides an even light output. The round lamp base and brass stand give the table lamp stability and exude a touch of luxury. The battery reaches up to 60 hours of autonomy and can be recharged at a charging station. Warm white LEDs are installed inside, spreading a pleasant and cozy light and creating a harmonious atmosphere. The LED lamp is equally suitable as additional lighting in the private living area as well as a light dispenser in a stylish hotel or restaurant, for example, to illuminate a dinner for two. The Italian lighting manufacturer Slamp was founded in 1992 by Roberto Ziliani. Until today, the company stands for lamps with a high quality and an independent and creative design. Since 1994, renowned designers and architects have been developing, shaping and creating unusual and decorative design lamps from materials, some of which have been patented. These technopolymers are particularly resistant, antistatically treated and the residues are recycled to make nesting boxes for bumblebees.
