Product Description

Exploring World Geography from Notgrass History is a one-year high school course that describes and explains the world God created. The curriculum addresses two main questions: How has the physical world made a difference in what people have done, how they have lived, and how they live today? How have people made a difference in the physical world, and how are they making a difference in it today?Your high school student will gain a rich understanding of physical and human geography through reading the narrative lessons, studying the maps and completing map assignments, reading literature about people and places around the world, completing writing assignments and hands-on projects, and gaining a Biblical perspective on world religions and culture.Exploring World Geography Part 1 covers the first semester only - Part 2 and the Gazetteer are sold-separately. Each lesson includes the text for the student to read and the specific assignments for that day. Each weekly unit has an introduction that features a summary of the material covered, a list of lessons, Bible memory work, books required for that unit, and suggested writing assignments and hands-on projects.
